This paper proposes the use of micro-mobility patterns and service blueprints in visitor management planning. Using a nature-based conservation area and visitor attraction in Wellington, New Zealand, as a case study, micro-mobility patterns of individual visitors are mapped onto the visitor and service experiences. It is argued that an investigation and understanding of micro-mobilities of visitors within an attraction as well as an investigation of the service experience can provide important input into visitor management planning. The paper thus explores implications for visitor management planning at the case study attraction before considering possible implications for other visitor attractions.
