Free shuttles:

Getting to Greoux by public transport is very cumbersome, and therefore we advice that you make sure to get one of the free shuttles. Missing the shuttle may sadly result in missing the first evening of the conference.

Shuttle from Nice: The shuttle from Nice on Sunday is departing from a location close to the airport at 16:00, exact location tba. Transfer to Greoux will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Shuttle from Marseille: The shuttle from Marseille is departing from a location close to the airport at 17:00, exact location tba. Transfer to Greoux will take approximately 50 minutes.

Shuttles will also be going from the conference venue back to Nice and Marseille after the official closing of the conference on Wednesday the 27th of June. These will depart from the venue after lunch, at 15:00. (TEFI delegates, see bottom of page for suggestions on how to get to Milan.)

Other transportation from Marseille:

To get to Greoux les Bains, it is easiest to get to Marseille and take a bus from the main bus station in town (Marseille bus station). The bus is part of 'Lignes Express Regionales,' and it is line nr 27a that goes to Greoux. A time table can be found here.

Other transportation from Nice:

In order to get to Greoux from Nice, you will have to take a train to Marseille, and take the bus from there. There are no public connections between Nice and Greoux. The last bus leaves at 17:00

Car:

Take the  Motorway A8 then A51,  exit 17: Vinon-sur-Verdon/Gréoux-les-Bains  or exit 18: Manosque.

With car from Paris or Lyon:

Motorway A7,
exit Aix-en-Provence,  then A51, exit 17: Vinon-sur-Verdon/Gréoux-les-Bains or exit 18: Manosque.

Some info for those participating at the 6th Tourism Education Futures Initiative:

There is an early flight from Marseille to Milan on Thursday morning (at 6.55am with Airitalia/Airfrance) - you can check the best offers going to CheckFelix (a meta search engine we use a lot) for less than 50EUR. Alternatively, you could take the train from Nice to Milan - the last train on Wednesday leaves at 6.30pm from Nice (if the timetable from April is the same as in the summer - one cannot search for that time period yet) and arrives shortly after midnight. If you plan to take the plane, you should book early. If you want to take the train, you can usually only buy it earliest 90 days before departure.
