The conference hotel and venue is the Château Laval. It is located in Gréoux les Bains, the 4th thermal station in France, close to the Verdon and Lubéron Regional Natural Parks and 50 km from Aix-en-Provence. Chateau Laval was once the home of Pauline Borghese, sister of Napoleon.
The hotel and venue is situated in a tree lined 30 hectare park an hour away from the TGV railway station of Aix-en-Provence. All rooms are fitted with television and direct dial telephone. There is free unlimited Wi-Fi in reception and the bar, as well as in all meeting rooms in the Château.
Rooms are included in the price, and booked together with the conference registration.
Special requests will be handled on an indivisual basis by the conference organiser, Frederic Dimanche, and include:
Double Rooms: The Think Tank registration fee includes reservation for a single room. Double rooms are available upon request.
Spouses/ Companions: If you are traveling with a spouse / companion who is not attending the Think Tank, he/she will have to pay for his/her accommodation and food on site.
Spouses/companions will benefit from the following half board rate: 33,30 / day (room & breakfast + one meal). Payment to be made at the hotel and apart from the conference registration payment. You can register your spouse / companion and book a double room with the host organisation in advance, see contact below.
Extension of stay:If you want to extend your stay and need to reserve a hotel room for longer than the duration of the conference, you can do so.
