Travel to Conference hotels:

• Crown Plaza Hotel offers a free shuttle service for its guests. Please contact the hotel in advance regarding your arrival time and interest in the service.

  To the city centre:
  	›	Havas (airport shuttle) leaving every hour for Alsancak Efes Hotel. Costs of the shuttle: approx. 5 Euros
  	›	Public bus leaving every hour from the domestic and international terminals for Mavisehir Egs – your stop is the second one after having left the airport called Efes OTeli (=Swiss Hotel Grand Efes) Costs: 3 TRY
  To the campus/Hotel Princess:
  	›	Public bus number 169 leaves for Balcova and stops in front of the campus. Please note that the bus stop for Number 169 is about a 5 minute walk from where you arrive with the airport shuttle/bus.
  	›	You may take a taxi from the city centre to your accommodation. Costs: max. 15 Euros

• The dormitory rooms are located on campus.
• Hotel Princess Izmir is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue.
• Crown Plaza Hotel is a 10 minutes taxi ride away from the venue. Costs: max. 4 Euros. Dependent on demand a shuttle service may be operated.
