- Conference Bag with Think Tank materials, including a conference badge permitting access to all sessions
- Conference Proceedings CD
- Lunch, tea and coffee throughout the conference
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on June 24, 2008
- Admission to the Award Dinner on June 25, 2008
- Half day tour Thursday June 26, 2008
- Admission to the Closing Dinner on June 27, 2008
- Ground transportation to/from conference hotels to conference and dinner venues

| Cancellation Policy |
| Conference fees will only be reimbursed if attendance is cancelled before May 15, subject to a service charge of 15% plus any bank transfer costs. All cancellations must be sent by letter or Email to the BEST EN Secretariat, Anja Hergesell (anhe@sitkom.sdu.dk). |
| Liability |
The Conference organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remain unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his/her own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. |
