| Cancellation Policy |
| Conference fees will only be reimbursed if attendance is cancelled before May 15, subject to a service charge of 15% plus any bank transfer costs. All cancellations must be sent by letter or email to the Conference Secretariat. |
| Liability |
The Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, whatever the cause may be. The Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remain unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his/her own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. |
