PAYMENT/CANCELLATION DETAILS

• We will guarantee the quoted rates for 2005 if we receive credit card to guarantee the reservation.
• If there are cancellations ten days prior to arrival no penalty charges will apply
• If cancellations are made 48 hours prior to arrival, the Hotel will charge two night’s room rate, (tax and service charge included) for each room cancelled.
• Should there be “No Shows” on the arrival day and up to the final day of the group’s anticipated stay, the Hotel will charge a “No Show” fee amounting to two night’s room rate, (tax and service charge included) for each “No Show:” rooms.
• Reservations will be held no later than Wednesday, June 1, 2005. Reservations not guaranteed by this date, will be cancelled.
