  The conference takes place at the University of the West Indies, Mona Visitors’ Lodge, Mona Campus, Kingston, Jamaica. The Lodge may be viewed at visitorslodge.uwimona.edu.jm.

There is a post-office within walking distance of the Mona Visitors’ Lodge

Letters to Europe take about 3 -5 days and to the US approximately depending on the State 1 -2 days.

Courier services are available.
