Registration for the Volunteer Symposium includes:

- Admission to the Think Tank Welcome Reception on June 15

Conference fees will only be reimbursed if attendance is cancelled before May 15, subject to a service charge of 15% plus any bank transfer costs. All cancellations must be sent by letter or Email to the BEST EN Secretariat, Anja Hergesell (anhe@sitkom.sdu.dk). |

The liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remain unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his/her own risk.
